These terms explain how Xtronix provides estimates, scheduling, and installation services.
Estimates
Estimates are based on the information provided and may change after reviewing site conditions, equipment requirements, materials, travel, or project complexity.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information, safe access to the work area, and permission to perform the requested service at the property.
Scheduling
Appointment times are scheduled based on availability. Weather, traffic, material delays, or site conditions may require rescheduling.
Payments
Payment terms will be provided before work begins. Some jobs may require deposits, equipment payment, or approval before scheduling.
Warranty
Xtronix provides a 1-year workmanship warranty unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer equipment warranties are handled according to the manufacturer's policies.
Limitations
Xtronix is not responsible for pre-existing wiring issues, defective customer-supplied equipment, internet provider outages, hidden wall conditions, or damage caused by misuse after installation.
